Who I Am

Sandbar Solutions is a Google Ads management service run by Sandra Walsh (trading as Sandbar Solutions). I'm based in the UK and I manage this website at sandbarsolutions.co.uk.

What Data I Collect

When you use the contact form

If you submit the contact form on this website, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name (if provided)
• Your approximate monthly ad spend (if selected)
• Your message

This information is sent to me via Formspree, a form processing service. Formspree is GDPR compliant with Standard Contractual Clauses in place for data transfers. You can read Formspree's privacy policy here.

When you visit the website

This website does not currently use cookies or tracking scripts. I don't use Google Analytics or any other analytics tools at this time.

Cloudflare, which hosts this website, may collect basic server logs (IP address, pages visited) as part of its standard service. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy here.

Why I Collect Your Data

I only collect data to:

• Respond to your enquiry – so I can reply to your message
• Understand your needs – so I can assess whether my services are a good fit

I do not use your data for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose other than responding to your enquiry, unless you specifically ask me to.

How I Store Your Data

• Form submissions are delivered to my email inbox and stored in the Formspree dashboard
• I may save your contact details in my client records if we begin working together
• I do not share your data with any third parties, except as required to process your enquiry (Formspree for form delivery, Cloudflare for hosting)

How Long I Keep Your Data

• Enquiries that don't proceed – deleted within 6 months
• Client data – retained for the duration of our working relationship and up to 6 years after for tax and legal purposes

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access – request a copy of any data I hold about you
• Correction – ask me to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion – ask me to delete your data
• Objection – object to how I process your data
• Portability – request your data in a portable format

This website uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare Pages – website hosting
• Formspree – contact form processing
• Google Fonts – web fonts (Inter and DM Serif Display)
• Calendly – if you book a strategy call via the link on this site

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. I've chosen services that take data protection seriously.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time, for example if I add analytics or change form providers. The date at the top of the page will always reflect the latest version.
